Finding us is very easy. We are located at the heart of Bristol. We are easily reached via train, bus, cycle, on foot or by car. Parking is available directly outside the salon door between 9.30am - 4.30pm weekdays and all day Saturdays and Sundays.

Please call the salon should you need to change your booking. Any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the booking start time are liable to be charged at up to 100% of the booking value.
Our Salon Policies
We aim to provide you with an exceptional experience and top-quality hair treatment. To confirm your appointment, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total service cost. This ensures the appointment is secured for both parties.
We understand that unexpected delays can occur, so we offer a 10-minute grace period to allow time for parking, picking up hair, or getting a coffee.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable, except in rare instances where we need to cancel the appointment from our end.
Clients who miss their appointments will be required to pay the full amount for any future bookings to avoid further inconvenience.
If you are bringing hair extensions, make sure they are pre-stretched. This helps save time for both you and our stylists.
Once the 10-minute grace period has passed, there will be a charge of £1 for every additional minute of tardiness.
Appointments will be cancelled if you are more than 30 minutes late.
We strive to accommodate everyone, but last-minute or squeeze-in appointments will have an extra charge of £15.
Clients are liable for any damages to equipment and must cover the cost of replacements.
Inappropriate behavior is not tolerated. Clients displaying such behavior will be prohibited from making future appointments.
